For more than forty years, Fitzpatrick UK has manufactured and supplied the market with metal doors for commercial, industrial, and special applications in building throughout the world, by means of sophisticated facilities using the CAM (Computerized plant and machinery) for production.

Since the year 2000, Fitzpatrick Lebanon comprised of a management team with a wealth of experience in the field have established a manufacturing operation supplying the Lebanese and regional market with all kinds of metal doorsets (fire rated doors, acoustic doors, security doors, fire rated roller shutters, etc...) that are compliant with international technical standards and under License from Fitzpatrick UK Ltd.

Of particular importance is our fire rated metal range which is fire rated and tested to BS 476 Part 22 (British Standard) and UL Listed to NFPA (American Standard) in addition to carrying industry standard unique tamper evident labels.

	Manufacture
	All products are checked, assembled and tested prior to dispatch and packed for protection during delivery. The manufacturing plant is fully automated and will cope with projects of all types and sizes.
	Design
	Fitzpatrick offer a full design service on all products with advice on performance, security, fire rating and installation. Detailed drawings and schedules will be provided with specifications and performance parameters.

Fitzpatrick offer the complete service from design, manufacture and installation. Our trained installation teams have a wealth of knowledge on all applications and site conditions.

Service and maintenance contracts are available to provide peace of mind for the ongoing performance and reliability of the completed installation.

Investment in computer aided design (C.A.D) and sophisticated computerized plant and machinery (C.A.M) has brought a level of quality, reliability and cost effective availability for projects large and small.


	Installation
	All installations are completed by qualified personnel who are employed directly by Fitzpatrick and trained to the highest standards. The service includes site measurement, installation and commissioning by our own professional staff.
	Quality Control
	It is the policy of Fitzpatrick to provide its customers with the products which fulfill their specified requirement. A company wide Quality Assurance System is in operation which is designed to comply with the requirements of ISO 9002. The quality policy manual defines the Quality Assurance Systems of the company and the complimentary quality control procedures detail the methods employed to operate these systems which are mandatory requirements for all personnel.
